Terms of Service
We strive to produce every print to the best possibly quality and, to do so, have rigorous quality control checks in place.
In the rare event that something goes wrong with a print order which is the fault of Print Services, we will be happy to re-produce the same order, for the number of effected prints, at no extra charge to the customer.
However, where the error is the customer’s responsibility, for example the incorrect information is given at order submission stage or there are typographical errors in the artwork, etc. the customer will not be entitled to any reprints. Reprints are considered on a case-by-case basis following investigation into any issue.
Should there be concerns or complaints the team should be alerted to these as soon as possible. Either by email to [email protected] or by calling 0161 247 3422. Refunds may also be considered, on a case-by-case basis, after investigation into such a claim.
If this is approved the customer will be refunded the original amount back to the original source of payment. Please note, card details do not have to be provided. Print Services and the Finance Service Centre team will make contact should further details be required to process any refund.
The customer may also be entitled to a credit in these instances. Should this option be preferable then it should be confirmed by email to [email protected] or by calling 0161 247 3422.
