What services do you offer?
Print Services offer a wide range of printed products. From simple mono and colour prints, to bound documents like theses and workbooks, on to more “complex finishing” jobs. We even offer events-related products, signage and much more. Check out Digital Storefront by clicking the “SHOP” link above to explore what’s on offer.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order has never been easier. Simply log in to Digital Storefront via the website and select the single sign-in option. Whether you’re a member of staff or a student this will automatically take you to a customised storefront site.
External to the University? That’s no problem, simply sign up via the option on the log in section.
How do I pay?
If you’re a student you can pay, via the checkout, by credit or debit card.
If you’re a member of staff, you’ll be prompted for a valid budget code or project code. Please always ensure that you have the budget holder’s approval.

How does my artwork need to be set up?
Your artwork needs to set up as a print ready PDF file. Check out the guide to doing this here.
What file formats should I use?
We only accept jobs in a PDF format. This is a stable file type and is likely to give you the best results for your print.

What size does my file need to be?
We recommend you create your file size based on the final size of your print. We understand though that that’s not always possible. Digital Storefront accepts most file sizes and scales to fit against the product size you’ve selected, ,so saving you the job!
How long will my order take?
We process every order just as soon as we can but, if you need it urgently, please let us know. Turnaround time is usually 3-5 days but this can vary depending on complexity and how busy we are.
How much will my order be?
The cost calculator on Digital Storefront will show you how much your order will be. Sending via email? One of our team will be happy to provide a final price.
Can I use the service even if I’m not a part of the University?
Absolutely! We are very happy to produce print for businesses, organisations and even smaller personal jobs such as invitations, greeting cards etc. There is literally no job too small!
